1、 Phenomenon:

3. If the boiler water level drops instantaneously and rises again, the high water level signal will sound an alarm. When the safety door is reseated, the water level drops rapidly, which may cause a low water level signal alarm.
If the power supply switch trips, the auxiliary current meter will swing abnormally and the lighting will flash.
2、 Reason:
1. The external switch trips.
2. Emergency shutdown of the steam turbine.
3. The valve core of the isolation valve or main valve is detached.
3、 Handling:
According to the instructions on the steam packaging water level gauge and steam and feedwater flow rate gauge, change the feedwater from automatic to manual and adjust the water level in a timely manner.
2. According to the decrease in load and the increase in steam pressure, timely close the small air intake and supply volume, stop the grate, keep the boiler running, and open the superheater for drainage.
3. Adjust the cooling water valve in a timely manner to ensure normal steam temperature.
