1. Reason for malfunction of gas burner motor not rotating:
(1) No voltage
(2) Damaged fuse
(3) Motor malfunction
(4) Control circuit interruption
(5) Gas transmission interruption
(6) Control failure
(7) Contactor not working
(8) Damaged thermal relay
Solution:
(1) Connect the circuit
(2) Replace
(3) Repair
(4) Find the disconnection point, contact or disconnect the regulator or monitor
(5) Open the ball valve and notify the gas management agency in case of insufficient gas supply for a long time
(6) Replace
(7) Manual reset inspection (8) Replace thermal relay
2. The gas burner motor is running, but it stops in the pre blowing state. Reason for the malfunction:
(1) The pressure switch contact is not connected to the operating position (the air pressure is too low). (2) The blower is contaminated and the thermal relay is activated. (3) The rotation direction of the gas burner motor is incorrect
Solution: (1) Adjust the pressure switch correctly and replace it if necessary. (2) Clean it. (3) Change the power supply pole
3. The motor is running and the ignition is normal, but it will shut down later due to a malfunction. The cause of the malfunction is:
The solenoid valve did not open because the solenoid valve coil was damaged or the cable was broken
